My mirror won’t power on. What should I check first?
Confirm that electrical power is present at the hardwired connection. Verify breakers and switches supplying power to the mirror. Confirm wiring is correct.
How do I remove the mirror from the wall?
Slide the mirror to the left to disengage the safety lock, then lift the mirror upward and off the wall bracket.
How do I engage the safety lock after installation?
Once the mirror is seated on the wall bracket, slide the mirror to the right to engage the safety lock. This secures the mirror and prevents unintended removal.
What should I use to clean the mirror?
Use a non‑ammoniated glass cleaner only with a soft, lint‑free cloth. Apply cleaner to the cloth, not directly to the mirror. Failure to follow these guidelines may cause damage and could void the warranty.
What is the warranty on my mirror?
Three (3) years – Electrical systems and LED components, including drivers,
wiring, connectors, touch buttons, LED light strips, defogger components, and
product structure and assembly. One (1) year – Mirror glass and decorative
frames, including wood, MDF, metal, or other applied frame materials.
